GRANT SERVICES PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Ames is soliciting service providers for one or more 2024 Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) grants from the Texas Division of Emergency Management. Accordingly, the City is separately soliciting (A) proposals from qualified service providers for pre-award and post-award management services and (B) qualification from Texas-Registered Engineers to provide engineering services for application preparation and project implementation of 2024 HMGP project(s), if awarded.
Please submit 3 hard copies and a digital copy of your proposal of services and a statement of qualifications to Attn: Wellona Godfrey, City Secretary, 304 Martin St, Ames, TX 77575 Email: secretary@cityofamestexas.com. Proposals must be received by the City no later than 12:00 PM on February 24, 2025 to be considered.
The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all proposers, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards. Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
